Default 2.5" downpipe to full 2.5" ISR exhaust?

Looking to boost soon with a T25 turbo. I'm thinking of getting a custom 2.5" downpipe made to connect to a 2.5" ISR exhaust. Has anyone done this before? I'd rather go 3" stainless but that is out of the budget right now so full 2.5" it is.

I pieced together my own turbo kit for my VVT engine on my NB and I had the ISR exhaust at the time. I had a custom made 2.5” stainless down pipe made to mate to the ISR exhaust and it sounded very good! I did later end up upgrading to a 3” exhaust after the down pipe.

What do you expect the response to be? You already started a useless thread about exhausts. Who cares if someone has done it before, if you are too cheap to do it right, go ahead and get a custom 2.5" downpipe made and report your results.
