Yeah, I'm curious as well. If the solenoid and the Link ECU art both working, then they should get some kind of response by using either boost target or duty cycle settings using the EBC built into the link.
I went with duty cycle percentages because I ran out of patience with getting a steady boost curve using the boost target method. In both cases though, I was able to raise and lower boost successfully using the Link ECU.
