In a good way! Just ordered a S3 with gt2860rs, MS PnP and full 3" exhaust. I'll be subscribing here soon so I won't feel so bad about asking a lot of dumb questions.

what is he going to do, take a screenshot of his order confirmation?

Paul, the 2860 and 2871 will perform similarly, the 2860 will spool a tad faster and won't make as much power, that's about it. (320bhp vs 400bhp turbo)

Umm, I can take pics I guess. It's on stock wheels with snow tires and hasn't been washed since October. I did just smoke some ebay clear turns and add DRLs though. I went with the disco because (I didn't have to pay more) I'm not after big power, but I'd still like more top end and a little more headroom over the other options and with less heat.

I'm so jealous of all you guys doing it right the first time. I learned the hard way. Congrats.

I hope you have better luck getting the complete kit than I have. Order mine in mid January, most of the hardware came in February, still waiting for the xede, injectors, scooper, and one metal IC tube. My time for completion of this upgrade is running out. When I called Saturday I was told that the Xede is in, the scooper is ready, maybe the tube can get on the production schedule. Two more weekends and JRSC goes back on so I can make the first bracket race of the series that I race in.

well, I've got to wait until it's a bit warmer to be working outside, install and break-in the clutch, install megasquirt and get comfortable with it, so I'm not anxious about time luckily. Also, I live in an apartment, hence why the car doesn't get washed (I don't want to go to a carwash either) until it's warm and I can use a friends hose. I think of the dirt as corrosion protection.
