After a long wait, BEGi is supposed to finish my S1 kit on Friday so hopefully i will be receiving it in the following week(i would think, I'm not sure how they ship). I have injectors and an intercooler on the way. Is there anything in particular i should check in the kit when i get it? I know that people have been having problems with the o2 sensor placement but i spoke with Stephanie and she says that she was trying to get it at the 12 o'clock position so hopefully that will be okay. Anyway, enough rambling i guess I'm just looking for suggestions for when i get the kit as this will be my first turbo car.
Thanks in advance,
Wes

Use a new exhaust manifold gasket, get some antiseize to use on your studs and exhaust bolts. Start pulling the car apart i guess.
Have they sent you the instructions ahead of time? If not ask stephanie for them so you can go over them and see if there are things that need to be moved or taken off ahead of time.

Things I did before going turbo (Greddy) that might apply to you:
- Thermal coated the turbo housing, manifold, and downpipe
- New high pressure PCV (I got mine from FM)
- Electric fuel pressure gauge (for the AFPR)

Can use a 323GTX PCV....
Get mineral spirits if your tapping the oil pan.
+1 for thermal wrapping everything
Make sure you have zipties to hold things away from the hot areas, and some teflon tape for a good seal on the boost gauge.
