Hey everyone,

I sent an email to BEGi already about this issue but I have not heard anything back yet so I am hoping someone can help me. I am in the process of installing a BEGi S4 and am currently trying to attach the manifold brace at the motor mount. I purchased the kit used and the hardware for the manifold brace was not included. My question is what exactly do I need to get this thing attached? I noticed the m10 bolt that comes out of the motor mount doesn’t fit through the hole in the brace. In the BEGi instructions it mentions a new stud maybe that steps down in size. Any advice?

that's correct. I didn't have that stud either btw. call begi, they will help you quick, it will take forever for them to respond to an email.

Stephanie got back to me and said "We use a stud we re-thread here. It adapts from a 10mm to a 3/8-24". I am going to shop around locally and see if I can figure something out and if not just buy it from begi.

Not quite right, it is actually 10mm X 1.25 all-thread with the major diameter turned down from 10mm to .370 inch for about half the length.
