The engine on the stand has forged pistons and rods, Eagle rods and uhhhhh... those pistons... I forget the brand now. All balanced to the flywheel up on my shelf, a 1.8. Everything overbore 0.020” dada da dada....

SO this is why people break into storage units. I had no idea people would have built engines in there. But more seriously asking; do you do mechanic work out of a storage unit? Is it air conditioned?

I knew someone that ran a subaru headgasket repair shop in a storage unit. They had one of the portable ACs installed.

I mean, some guys live in apartments...where else can they a) do the work and b) store the tools they use for it? Not many apts let you do **** in the parking lot.
