as a side note, im going to be installing my megasquirt and wbo2 prior to installing the turbo. where does the o2 sensor plug into. does it plug into the hole closest to the engine or the one farther down the exhaust. i have a 91 with stock downpipe.

IIRC I thought that I would need to add the O2 sensor as far down as possible to get an accurate reading? it should be before the cat?

Before the cat, farther downstream from where the stock o2 sensor is. Should be at least 16" from the exhaust manifold.

I half kinda considered at one point swapping in a gt2871r but then i thought, what am i trying to accomplish?

1. My spool will be reduced which I don't want, I love the power it makes instantly now.
2. How much power can I expect from a stock 99 motor? already making 300 and the car is dangerously fast at 2046lbs.
3. If the motor can make 325-350 how long is the stock 5 speed and torsen differential gotta last? I really am opposed to going to a 6 speed and a clutch type diff. I know a bigger turbo would also let me make equal power with less boost but i really feel strongly about #1.

The only turbo swap I am considering at this point is a 2560 for the 2554 in my daily driver.

on a boosted car you want 36" downstream if you can do it and stay in front of the cat.

so basically with the begi downpipe, i added the o2 bung option. so will it only have 1 hole for the wbo2 or is there already one on it stock? do i run both sensors on the car or eliminate the narrowband and only run the wideband?

There would be two different bungs then. The one at the top of the downpipe is for the stock sensor. The one located near the flex joint will be for the wideband. If you are running MS PNP, I think you will plug the stock sensor port.

[QUOTE=Flawxy;316263]

BEGI sells the duel pod, and uses Autometer for boost gauge, and Innovative LC-1 regarding WB. I actually sent with the G-2 gauge as it;s easier for me to read. I kind of agree with the ricey look with the duel pod but, I got kind of carried away and got Autometer oil temp, oil pressure, and water temp @ my DIN location a couple of years ago. Screw it, with duel RB exhaust and a hard core duel diagonal roll bar my car does not really have the sleeper look anyway.

the duel pod does not block my view... and have nice day
