comes off the botom of the tb and used to connect to the stock crossover on a NA its essentialy a tB bypass to help your cold idle.

The VVT only operates on the intake cam. You can use any ECU you want and simply pin the cam halfway on it's range. The engine will run just like any non-VVT 1.8.

No kidding but i hated that hose on my NA. It was a pain in the behind since all the ebay intakes dont have a plug for it and i really wasnt gonna pay 300 for an intake off another manufacturer.

I had a boost leak in the short vac line between the top and bottom halves of the NB intake manifold. Had to use compressed air and soapy water to find that bitch.
