I emailed the guy back. Asking where he had it rebuilt, if he had documentation of rebuild, if it has the (working) wastegate and drain flange thing included. Anything else I could/should ask?
He said it was never used after the rebuild, so still fresh.

So far I know he said he will include a different oil feed line that he had with it. And mentioned that he wants $400 shipped.

Picked up a rebuilt TD04H-15G with drain to pan adapter instead of the stock greddy thing, and should include a new SS oil feed line. Just rebuilt, never run, bag never opened. yay.
