Default risks from wiring open wastegate?

I have returned my car to stock temporarily while i look for some rx7 550 injectors and while I wait for my MSPNP system. I took out my vortech FMU and the emanage/autotune. I also put the timing back at 10 degrees and disconnected the vacuum to my BOV and removed my turbo wastegate and boost controller, plugging the vacuum lines as i went.

I wired open the greddy wastegate for the time being since i don't have a factory exhaust. I took the car for a ride and it drives great (a bit loud now though) and never tries to build more than a pound of boost, if that.

Am I risking messing anything up by doing this right now? Granted, the car is a weekend plaything and is just sitting, but I will need to go get a wideband bung welded and an alignment, so it has to make at least a couple trips to town and back (8 miles each way).

You'll be fine.

I had my wastegate detached for a week, never wired it open and it rattled like a ****, but boy did I miss all the extra sound the turbo made :P
