Liltle play, is this normal?

I just torqued all of the nuts to the recommended 10-15 ft. Lbs, then ground each keeper so that it fit snug against whatever it was going to back against. Some i had to grind, others i could just bend the tab to make it grab. The indexing doesn't always put the fasteners in an ideal location, is all I'm saying. Does that make sense? I'll see if I can find a picture of what I'm rambling about.

In the picture you posted, it looks like the rear top turbo to manifold nut is loose.... if the others are in the same condition then we know what your problem is It could just be weird shadowing in the picture though.
