Default A shop fucked up my Greddy manifold, I need your help!

So 2 of the 4 bolts broke off on the turbo-to-manifold. I took it to a local shop and they agreed to drill them out and replace with grade 8 bolts. Well, they fucked up the manifold when they were drilling the last hole. To their credit, they admitted that they fucked up and would buy me another greddy manifold (or whatever that fits). So they put back the turbo with only three bolts and the exhaust leak is LOUD. I need to find another greddy manifold QUICK.

Anybody got one lying around or know where I can get one? I just need the greddy manifold. Thanks.

If the shop is buying you a new manifold, get one of these.

cool
don't get me wrong; it's cool that they're willing to buy you a new manifold... but it might be possible to simply helicoil your old mani. you might want to go ahead and redrill for 10mm studs too. they'll never break again. that's what BEGi's doing now. when I was talking to Stephanie last week, she told me that whatever turbo I pick out, I'll need to enlarge the bores to fit 10mm hardware that comes standard with their manifold now.

YIKES = $340 w/o the shipping. That price is SMOKIN HOT. Why I don't think I'd even bend over for that one.

To me that seems like a good price. Every day I look at things like that I kick myself in the *** for buying a Greddy kit instead of a DIY/Begi.

Hopefully they get you an ETD mani.

I should be getting my ETD manifold shipped to the shop sometime this week. Not sure how the SoCal fires will effect delivery though.

I just got this forwarded from the shop...

Hi William just to let you know your manifold will not be going out till the week of the 5th as we changed our Greedy manifold around and had a slight problem with it last week so we were not able to ship it out . Sorry again about the delay. As soon as it is ready to go we will ship it expedite.

Thank you.
