This U-Pipe actually sits on the turbo fairly well and straight. I will take that into consideration though.

As soon as these pipes are painted, I will post pictures of these pipes fastened securely on the car.

My pipes may or may not work with your intercooler depending on where your inlet/outlet holes are positioned. If you're interested, I could work something out for you.

I was thinking about the second coupler. Since the intercooler is bolted down adding one there would allow a little flex when the engine torques up. Just a thought.

I have the same intercooler, but not a greddy kit. I would just need a different bend from the compressor housing, the rest should be doable. Mines all tore apart right now, but I'll see what I end up with.

Stripes for powder coating, many industial manufacturing operations powder coat either black or yellow. Make friends with the plant manager and see about throwing your pipes on the lines.

Yes, the plastic shroud was removed for installation. Portions of this shroud will have to be removed for the intercooler and piping. Hopefully Mach929 or Brgracer have these pieces so I can figure out how to make the intercooler and shroud work together.

I'm in on the kit.....only problem is my intake is relocated. I don't think the pipes will work with my setup.

Ok this is where I cut mine out, it sits flush to the intercooler. I also cut out the middle section and folded it down to help some of the bottom rows get air from up front.

Cut right on the line...I used hedge shears, two straight easy cuts:

This is the section I angled down...I siliconed it at the angle I wanted:

This is what it looks like from the front...3 rows are blocked otherwise:

Thanks guys. Mach929's pipes are painted and should be installed on his car tomorrow or Saturday. I want to road test them before I make them available to the forum just incase I need to modify anything. I have 3 kits in hand that could be ready by next Friday if the road test goes well

Thanks for all the positive feedback.

Yes yes it is.....Once you are looking at it it's easy to see what to cut. Basically I cut right where the two splitters start, if that makes sense.

I want a banner! I already give everyone here a discount!

I can't wait till Stripes puts JimB out of business. I wish people would stop emailing and calling me when my products take more than 3-4 days for delivery let alone 4-6 months.
