newly rebuilt turbo question...
okay...well i just got done with my rebuild and i noticed that the turbo would spin, but not as freely as it did before...
i barely BARELY have the turbine tightened,
i was wondering if there was a certain torque you were supposed to tighten them, or if newley rebuild turbos will feel like that at first.
the only oil that has gone in is the oil i dabed on every part as it went it.

okay well odviously i did SOSMETHING wrong...
the exhaust was smoking more then a steam engine on steroids driving thru the neighborhoood...
my vaccumm is at like 10 sometimes 5 sometimes... AT IDLE....****
i'm just gonna call it a day and buy a turbo from someone...
