So its time to see how its running, the kit has been on a while, its now got a saab intercooler, 440cc injectors, dual feed fuel rail, Emerald ECU, LC1 and a few other bits. will let the guy at the rolling road suggest a appropriate boost level.

Then tomorrow will be if first outing on a track, its only a airfield day, will see about booking a day at brands hatch soon if it all runs well.

Was a bit strange the car was constantly altering, so it couldn't get a good map, also seemed to be burning a lot of oil which is annoying as just had the valve seals done.

the guy mapping seemed to think maybe the fuel regulator was at fault, its a standard one so will probably be looking to replace it.

It still made 199bhp @ 8PSI so not too bad really.

At 8 psi is not bad at all on that 1.6, and is not even tuned yet.

199bhp is not anywhere the same as WHP.

My GReddy with full 3'' made 190whp at 11PSI peak... trailing down to 9PSI

Could you explain a little more about the burning of oil?

Where specifically it is leaking?

Can you scan/photo the dyno sheet and upload to see how the powerband looks?

What kind of saab intercooler are you running? Is it one off a 900 or 9000.
