Why, do you already have a greddy mani or something? The mani is a T25 flange, so there are plenty of options. However, <1> the greddy turbo position is pretty high in the engine compartment so I would think a large T25/28 might have some clearance problems with the hood but a smaller turbo looks like it would be ok. <2> you'll need to fab your own downpipe, which is fine as the greddy one sux ballz anyway.
There are a world of "t3/t4" turbos out there. You'll need to be more specific. But they're probably all on the large side for a stock 1.6. A T3S60 would be a good T3 footprint turbo for good spool without much of a power compromise.

My plan is to get the tubular mani from etd, the DP from racingmazda, and either the mx5 projects IC or the trackdogracing IC and a MSpnp. After all that the only thing that would be used from the greddy kit would be the turbo itself pretty much. Just trying to avoid spending the extra 1200 on the full kit if I can just get the turbo itself somewhere.

You're not being a pest, but you are kind of missing it.

With the same budget you can get your parts from there, get better stuff, and pretty much pick whatever turbo you want. T25, T28, T3. New, Used, Garrett, Chinese, whatever.
