Default Places to buy replacement greddy manifold

Do any of you know places where I could pick up either a replecement greddy mani on the semi cheap. Even better would be a place that sells "custom" manifolds that accept the MHI turbos and keep them in relatively the same position as the Greddy. Basically a tubular Greddy replacement. Either would be fine. I have been searching for this for a while, reading both here and miata.net. The marketplace on miata.net is nice, but they dont list what each place sells, and they are only banners for sponsors. There must be places that sell turbo parts for miatas. A sort of inprogress "definative" list of places that sell miata manis and d/p's would be excellent, and very helpful to people new to this like myself.

The last part was sort of a rant. I'm mainly interested in the manifold right now.

Thanks!
Brian

$400 USD seems steep to me, but I guess if that is my only option then I have no choice really. Thanks for the link!

You can get a replacement Greddy manifold for ~$180-200, but it'll just crack eventually like the original.

If you're looking for a replacement GReddy manifold look here:
http://www.cyberauto.com/index.php/MazdaMiata.txt

I think they want $260 with a core now...

Is the greddy prone to cracking even if you make the reflief cuts when it is new? Also would coating it in someting like VHT flameproof coating when it is new prolong its life?

I think that's just the nature of the Greddy manifold. Making wider relief cuts would probably help.

As Braineack has said, the cyberauto.com option is a comfirmed $263 with core, plus shipping for the core and the replacement manifold. I just called them a couple of weeks back and this is the quote they gave me, not to mention the down time incurred for them to ship it back to Greddy and receive a new piece. Although the ETD manifold is more expensive, perhaps this may save you more headache in the long run.

With having to pay shipping both ways on the manifold from cyberauto the ETD option probably isn't that much more money. If (when?) my manifold bits the dust I'll be getting the ETD unit.

Er, am I mis-reading something? The link braineack posted yields the following:
GReddy Replacement Turbo Manifold:(No Core Required)
99900043, $132.00

Or have they changed the price and not updated the site?

The cyberauto.com website hasn't been updated since 2002. I called them a couple of weeks ago and this is the current price ($263 plus core) that the customer service representative quoted me. The rep also said that I would have to wait a bit as Greddy isn't to timely about shipping out new manifolds for reasons unknown. It seems to me by the time one calculates the total price, the ETD manifold seems to be a better bet, probably with quicker turnaround. Hope this helps.

Thanks everyone for your input. I'm slowly finding sources for all my parts and i believe ETD will be getting my business. I'm pretty bummed that I can't get a hold of tonyturbo though because there is no one in my area that I know of that could make me a downpipe. Has anyone heard from him lately? He hasn't replied to my email and its been a good 3 days now.
