550. 450s will work for a 1.6

Don't think in terms of PSI, but think in terms of HP goals.

What engine managment are you using?

BEGI AFPR and Bipes now...Link when I can afford it.

Want to get to ~250 HP.

550cc are what you should be after since you'll have more headroom. 440cc will JUST get you there.
