I was planning on running a greddy kit with this intercooler and am curious about the max PSI is should be putting trough this intercooler before it is no longer effective? Thanks

I will be running up to 9-10psi. I will see how it does from there.I picked up this intercooler and a set of green top (305cc) supra injectors for $40 the other night. It comes with a recirculating BOV also. Pretty good deal I think.

That intercooler will flow plenty... don't sweat that issue. Guys in the Silvia forums run really mild 250hp T28 setups through that IC... it's plenty.
The real issue is how you're going to mount it. Those mounting holes don't make for anything easy... I hope you can fabricate. What piping route are you going... I think an over-the-rad is out just based on how thick that thing is... what about under the rad? Where does the other inlet/outlet face?
$40 is a good price, but I'd put the IC it back on the forum (keep the other stuff), ask $50 and make some money. Don't forget to take into consideration the money you're going to spend on piping and couplers to make that thing work... way more than $40 bucks.
You know you can get these for $105 shipped... a bunch of us use them: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/28X7X...spagenameZWDVW I've got pics on how I mounted mine... piece of cake: https://www.miataturbo.net/forums/sh...&postcount=185 Piping/couplers/TboltClamps should be around $50 for quality stuff.

good Idea on the intercooler. I have a buddy with a s15 that is needing a intercooler. Is there anyway I can verify that these green tops are correct for my car? (numbers...anything?) Or is the only way to know is have them flowtested?
