Hey everyone!
I have a '90 with the Greddy kit no intercooler and I have a nasty case of detonation. The only mods I have are:
greddy kit
jackson racing fuel pump
Air/fuel

Someone told me that colder plugs would help, any suggestions?

 

hm... timing retard usually helps
what do your afrs look like when in boost?

 

I'll have to check the timing again, it's retard to 3 degrees?
I don't have a AFR gauge so I don't know. The mix seems fine when looking at the spark plugs

 

6 degrees.

Any suggestions for a spark plug? When I went to autozone they had no idea what I was talking about when I said a "colder" plug!
