Tracked yes or no: Yes
How many times or how often tracked: 3-4 track days a year
Boost: 6-10psi, depending on how many problems I'm having
RWHP if dyno'ed: not dyno'd
EGT at end of long straights: dunno
Motor: 1.6, fairly stock
Turbo: greddy
Manifold: greddy
Does your mani expose a stud to the exhaust gas: no
Studs, type, where from: random assortment of studs and bolts, 3/4 are greddy, 1 is a random bolt put in a helicoil
Nuts, type, where from: see above
Did you torque the studs down into the mani before mounting turbo, yes/no: no, just use my gorilla arms to tighten.
Did you use any loctite like stuff: no

Motor: ~1.9l 8.6:1

Manifold: begi cast

Nuts, type, where from: begi deformed style
Did you torque the studs down into the mani before mounting turbo, yes/no: yes
Did you use any loctite like stuff: no but I'm trying the Resbond thread locker

Boost: 14psi
RWHP if dyno'ed: 215 last time, probably 240 now.
EGT at end of long straights: dunno
Motor: 1.8 (1:8.6) +1mm
Turbo: GT2560R
Manifold: BEGI cast log
Does your mani expose a stud to the exhaust gas: YES
Studs, type, where from: 10mm hardened steel
Nuts, type, where from: copper coated, small dia (14mm outer)
Did you tighten the studs down into the mani before mounting turbo: yes, done by race shop with some lube
Did you use any loctite like stuff: no

Did you use any loctite like stuff: NO

Had my nuts come off the DP and MANI several times before getting NORDLOCKS. After that, no problems on the DP, but every oilchange, managed 1/4" turn on the MANI nuts.

How many times or how often tracked: 1 with turbo and it didn't loosen. some other stainless bolt-nut flanges did, but not the turbo ones.
Boost: 9ish psi
RWHP if dyno'ed: 250ish
EGT at end of long straights: wasn't looking. under 1600F.
Motor: stock 2001 1.8
Turbo: GT2876R
Manifold: ETD long tube mild steel coated
Does your mani expose a stud to the exhaust gas: no
Studs, type, where from: ATP standard 8mm
Nuts, type, where from: ATP copper with slit top 8mm
Did you tighten the studs down into the mani before mounting turbo, yes/no: wrist tight
Did you use any loctite like stuff: newp.

*Gaskets: none except head-mani

Studs, type, where from: Randoms, I think maybe honda head exhaust studs?
Nuts, type, where from: Misc, 3 normal non-locking, other is honda exhaust pinch type nut
Did you tighten the studs down into the mani before mounting turbo, yes/no: Yes
Did you use any loctite like stuff: No

Gaskets*: Only for head to manifold and EWG to downpipe.

Boost: 8-15psi
RWHP if dyno'ed:na
EGT at end of long straights: na
Motor: Stock B6 and mild build B6, currently back to stock B6 while fully building a B6
Turbo: Greddy
Manifold: Greddy
Does your mani expose a stud to the exhaust gas: No
Studs, type, where from:3/8" bolts which sheared at the head, 3/8" studs all various hardness, so far the softer studs seem to last longer without losening or shearing, currently have stainless studs from mcmaster carr
Nuts, type, where from: Various washers and locknuts, currently using nordlocks with stovernuts, so far good, but hasn't had any track time with this setup.
Did you tighten the studs down into the mani before mounting turbo, yes/no: yes
Did you use any loctite like stuff:Not usually, currently trying Vibra-TITE 14010

Studs, type, where from: Mazda exhaust studs
Nuts, type, where from: Stainless steel, nothing special
Did you tighten the studs down into the mani before mounting turbo, yes/no: Yes
Did you use any loctite like stuff: Nordlock washers solved my initial loosening problems.
