anyone know the specs for the turbo to manifold bolts? also the manifold to head bolts.

As for the turbine-to-manifold bolts, just use the PFT method of tightening.

Stop tightening them JUST before they break

 

I just put mine back on and checked the manual first. I was shocked how low it was. Course with a 18" long torque wrench it wont ever seem like much.

2001 manual says:

39-46 N-m / 3.9-4.7 kgf-m / 29-33 ft-lbf
