Wire the damn thing closed and see if the noise goes away. If it does you wastegate actuator sucks ***** and isn't working. Replace the actuator. If the noise persists, take your turbo off the manifold and have a look.

if you can move the wastegate at all when its attached to the actuator/spring, then your **** is fucked and I don't see how its making any boost.

Eh whatever. I'll see where I am when the new actuator gets here. Regardless the ***** fucked in one way or another, actuator side or flapper valve side.
