Im assuming you are running the car now without a filter... so you have some sort of engine management setup since there is no AFM/MAF... you can put whatever you want on there.... at least slap a cone on the inlet or something

Everyone knows the air near the ground is the coldest and densest, so you just need to attach one of these for more performance:

Regular-o-run in the mill log manifold. Turbo on top, wastegate on bottom.

Crush bent downpipe is a nice touch. A big turbine likes nothing better than restriction. Mad torques for the welds in the intake.

Edit: You know what, I can't even seem to spot the wastegate....please tell me there is a wastegate under there.
