Cage done - roof bolted on......
Cage done, Roof now hard mounted. I have removed the soft top and frame etc, do I need the rain rail still?
I don't think I do but thought I best check....
Perhaps answers from people in a state that it actually rains in.....rather than you lucky SOB's in California.

Oops forgot to thank you guys. Cheers.
Plastic floppy rain rail (?) removed with no leaks to report as yet...although this is the best summer we have had in 10 + years........so I guess not the best testing period!

The rain rail is basically a large 'U' shaped gutter the collects and directs the water that runs between the soft top and the rear lip behind it. The hard top sits on top of the body so no water runs into this area. Not needed without the soft top.

The soft top rain rail or the rail, no. The edge that goes around the tub from one door to the other, yes.
