I've used to run a fan inside to my helmet, this is the same fan NASCAR guys run on their brakes.

i'm doing a cool suit, i'm trying to get the car cooled off for non track driving, i.e. right now how i have to brake in the clutch by driving it to work for 2 weeks and drive it to the tuner, and to artech, and to the alignment shop

Check out my thread again, tapping the insulated carpet to the transmission cut the majority of heat from the foot well. That is if you've stripped out the carpet, I'm not up to date on the specs of your car.

The trick is getting the sleeve to stay 100% inflated, and to loosen the shoulder belt enough that you get airflow out the neck as well as the other sleeve.

I use and like DEI's "Floor and Tunnel" heat shields. A coating under the transmission tunnel does a great job of keeping heat out. I have a small bit inside of the car too, also on the transmission tunnel by the footwell.

Light, inexpensive, and easy to work with, compared to other heat shield stuff. 48"x21" goes a long way, and is $67 from Summit.

Haven't tried the KoolMat.

I tore everything out from behind the dash EXCEPT the blower. I used corrugated ducting to send the air through the defroster vents but you could just as easily do send it to your vent or floor.

its a bit much but would work for a track only car. naca duct the wing windows and cut out the trunk and finish panel where the tag goes for an exit and the air would be pulled into the cabin and sucked out the back if you had a diffuser and spoiler in place. a screen where the tag was would make it look cleaner out back. would work even better than that if the autokonection(can't spell it) fast back were used.
