Default clutch started slipping on the track

what is the best bang for the buck clutch setup for track use. I need something that can hold 250 wheel and not slip when hot. it is not slipping bad yet but i'm sure it will rapidly get worse and I should get it fixed over the winter with a new suspension hopefully

dont care much about driveability just want reliable, long wear.

I did a couple of track days at 270whp on my old ACT HD/6-puck. Despite Scott's incessant whining, I also think it's completely streetable (DD'd that clutch for 30k miles).

Go for it. I hate on ACT XT+pucked+LWFW (that's awful and should never be attempted by anyone) but ACT HD+6-puck is completely doable and will hold the OP's power without an issue.

ACT organic disc clutch is all I know, so not sure about the pressure plate but I do not believe it is up to the task of tracking even if I'm only set up to run 190 hp. it was not slipping bad

ok, just to be clear I dont care about street feel really. it needs to be drivable in the city just getting home but that is it, and the car already really sucks on the street. just want something that will hold 250 wheel for a long time without question. no launching just road track.

I vote +1 for ACT HD+6 puck or SS. I've driven both, and daily an XT+SS+LWFW.

don't give a **** bout daily, it has nothing to with what I use this car for.

so most helpful would be, I do 20 track days a year at 200-250 whp and this thing held for 3 years or something like that.

well that might be asking alot but dont know. my previous 2 track cars never had clutch issues. one I 'm not sure what it had but the other one was from south bend clutch dxd hd.
