ZX - far from being annoyed, I'm very appreciative of such suggestions. That's why I asked you guys! That sounds like a good idea. I'll come up with something that prevents teh possibility of it rolling forward if the latch failed.

Made a barrier out of thin steel as a failsafe to keep the bottle from rolling forward if it were to come undone. Thanks for the suggestion ZX.
Your floor boards are a copy of mine. Although I have black/blue. I'll eventually care enough to cover the entire center console and under the seats. Maybe I won't though, so our cars can continue being twins.
P.S. Do you have your carpet still? Use foil tape to put a piece on the entire vertical surface of the tranny tunnel, driver's side. Reduced my cockpit temperatures dramatically. Might not be a huge issue for short autox runs.

Don't have my carpet anymore. I got an NB for the street now so I'm not having to drive this hotbox around all the time, but yea it does get really hot even just crusing around. I haven't noticed the heat as much on the track, probably in part because I'm too focused on everything else and partly because I race with the top down. This is a track car now though, I just autox for ***** n' gigs.
