Yes, it's a Ferrari V8, and yes, it's going in Morpheus.

BTW, that's half the news.
The other half is that the engine is getting mated to a Samsonas 6 speed sequential

Holy F U C K ! ! !

- might actually be easier to work on when fitted in Mobius than in an actual Ferrari too!

You're a madman. Absolutely can't wait for updates, I love me a v8. Especially a high revving one.

So how many roll bars did you have to sell to afford that motor? And will it be running a MS3 as the ecu?

What are you doing for an intake? That looks tall. I mean obviously at the point where you're putting a ferrari v8 in a miata, you can probably figure out a new intake solution, but I'm interested nonetheless.

How is the intake even going to fit? If you are installing it in that direction it will be pointed into the firewall...

Also, it is cool to see Kojima and Coleman are involved or at least aware!

Tuerck's 86 seemed to go through the windshield/dash to fender vents.

For pure style points, try to fit an ITB setup on that beast!

Tuerck's was also more of a show/drift car, just have a small feeling Moti wouldn't be happy running no hood haha

You'd probably have to cut it up a bit.

Holy hells! Well, if the Italians build car engines like they build airplane parts... Buy spares in large batches. Hand carved comes to mind. I'm sure it's going to be pure unfiltered sex tho.

I've always wanted someone to just use our cowl area as an intake; no joke.

Not happening, actually.
We have 3 packaging options for the intake, neither of which uses the cowl area.

Viva Ferrari!

Now THAT is an engine that you can keep open headers and no one will complain. (I wont complain one bit.)

Fun fact, honda oem engines have much tighter tolerances than ferrari engines. Just kind of funny.

You'd think so, but someone already complained
