yeah, he whipped it out real quick like. My hub wasn't pressed in yet

Nevermind. Misunderstood at first. Carry on.

That's not how this works, that's not how any of this works!

The hub OD doesn't locate anything, the center stub does locate the brakes rotor. The wheels are always located by the studs even if you have wheels with the right center bore. If you use tapered lug nuts then they locate the wheel.

I mistakenly thought they were referring to the hub center bore, not the OD, then gave the pictures a closer look. Updated my post accordingly.

However, I’ve found that even with tapered lugs/seats a mismatched hub bore without a centering ring can ride offset ever so slightly and vibrate. Sorry to thread drift.

I got so excited when I read this title.. I figured someone solved the need to have hubs broached for axles.

regardless this is a good find!

Thanks Sean. I hope you don't mind by I modified it for myself and figured some other people outside of the US might find this useful too.

Here it is again with metric dimensions for those Imperially challenged:

I really wish it was .. damn it.

In for some anyways with the SADFab groupbuy. Thanks OP.

If you can work with 5 x 100 you could try a Celica GTS front hub They are 23 spline edit: 26 spline and fit the MR2 Spyder rear hubs (same bearings). They will probably need similar modifications to the above.

That's good to know. I wanted 4x114.3 for a specific set of wheel though. Thanks anyways.

Mobius 04-05-2018 12:48 PM

Does the SadFab run have an ABS ring? Asking for a friend.

hi_im_sean 04-05-2018 01:17 PM

The ABS ring is part of the axle, not the hub. So, yes?

Mobius 04-05-2018 03:03 PM

Ah, yes. My coffee was weak this morning.
