No time to get the sequential into Bullet and set up properly. By the first Buttonwillow GTA round in 2018 we should have Vegas up and running. It's a much more developed car with more Aero. It will get the sequential and maybe an EFR6758 just for this event and super lap at the end of the year.

Frankly we are bringing a three cars just for fun. We don't think any of them will be a contender for a win and maybe not even a podium. That doesn't mean we won't try but we're going in with realistic expectations. There are people who devote considerably more time and money to the art of time attacking than we do. We're just throwing together some parts we have laying around.

Hahaha sorry, clearly I was feeling a bit saltier than usual last night. Thought I had read "what happened to the sequential"

Sequential in Bullet is where my assumption went too. Looking forward to seeing Vegas up and running. When I tell people this is a very exciting time within the Miataverse with several monsters currently in the works, Vegas is one of those I'm thinking of. And better even than a good recipe on paper, it's being built by guys who excel at setup and have very skilled drivers. That car's going to rip.

Bullet is a S1 build but I think he said the car would slot into ST2/ST3 after a few changes. It would be awesome to see a turbo miata win T25!

Vegas is primarily an S1 Supermiata . But will have lots of the tricks learned from T25 and PT racing so it will cross over to some WRL enduro races and occasional time attack stuff.

Bullet is temporary and will likely be sold once Vegas is 100% shook down.

My money was on sequential in Bullet as well. It'll still be awesome to see everything out there though.

Almost 10 Miatas so far with varying power levels, but all with big *****. We need to try to organize at least a couple group shots, maybe some of the photographers there would be interested as well.

Word is that the event is probably going to sell out sometime this week, so if anyone is still on the fence, better pull the trigger sooner than later.

Not sure about Cuong Tran, but I suspect he could show up again with his rotrex NB in Unlimited. He didn't get much track time last year due to some motor issues but I thiiiink he's been working on sorting that stuff out... his brother Evan also has a J swapped NA that he's been running in some of the local TA stuff. Dunno if either of them are going though.

First post updated.

Also Cuong registered so we've got 10 Miatas so far. Possibly 11 if one more turbo Miata that I know decides to run in Limited.

Unless I misunderstood the rules, sharing cars is not allowed. It seems they want a very specific one/car/driver/class combo, no sharing anything.

D. Registration
1. Cars may only be registered in one class per event.
2. Cars may only register as one competitor, a single entry.
3. You cannot register the same car with multiple drivers as multiple entries.
4. You may have multiple drivers for the same car, registered as a team, a single entry. Only the fastest time will count from the team, as one entry. No additional track time will be given for the additional drivers. Team drivers must be stated at registration before the event starts. All drivers must sign all waivers and forms required to receive driving credentials.

Newmark can't make it. Saving his budget for Supermiata Xida Triples.

First post updated, forgot about Ariel I'm 99% sure he's registered.

And yeah teams are allowed. Good to go.

The arms race between him and Schotz is nuts. Also that's not the car/driver I had in mind anyways, his dad already posted about not being able to make it like a couple weeks ago.

Maybe we'll see Gordon making a comeback for 2018?

Kinda what I was thinking. Kitty already has a plastic windshield. Mega (450whp Miata with Pikes Peak aero) did not IIRC. We'll see.

Lexan is allowed in URWD, unless he has enough Miata retained in it to slot into Limited?
