Default TSE Fuel Relay issue with MS3 stays on constant

We followed the instructions and wired the TSE relay to the fuel pump and kill switch and bypass the main OEM relay as a signal trigger. Now the fuel relay stays on with key off. We think this has to do with the MS3 after turning off the car goes to ground and continues powering the TSE relay off the kill switch. The instructions say any ECU, but it seems MS pulls fuel pump trigger to ground. Other than taking out a jumper in the relay and running it to switched power, we are unsure what else to do...

This is a compatability issue between the original 1.6L cars and the original V1 rewire kit. Please email me and I'll send a v2 kit to rectify the issue.

the V2 change in pin 85 seems to have the blue wire now act as a trigger for the new fuel relay by having the MS ecu control the factory relay through which we intend to trigger the new relay. Does this mean factory relay stays in?
