If that was towards me, thanks! If not, then GTFO! :P (i kid)

I think i'm going to like the car. It needs some small sorting and finishing. Having some NVH issues, but i have some low-hanging fruit to handle there. It drives a liiiiitttle more "manic" than i was hoping, but i'm not sure if dumbing it down from here is going to give me something i like to drive. Ride quality is outstanding, it sounds AWESOME, and looks cool. If i can get it to idle right (low when cold, high when hot, suspect IACV), CC to work, and get a nice stereo in it, it's going to be gucci.

Downside: it's faster than my "race car." Feels bad.

Hey Harry, you're overseas... any chance you have a "diagnostic flow" you could point me to for a JDM/EUDM 99-00? This car is running 100% as a BP5A equipped car, which as far as i know, means the OBD2 port isn't functional. (Certainly doesn't not have functioning CEL)

Yes, it was towards you :P

BP5A means it would be identical to a EUDM 99-00 NB, which does not have an OBD2 AFAIK. I *think* I can find the factory diagnostic procedures, but I do not have them in hand at the moment (I drive a lame 1.6 NB2).
Speaking of... here's my list. Base is a 2004 Strato Blue 1.6 NB2 with 5 speed box and sport brakes, 100k miles but very well maintained. I do not want to swap the 1.6 for now due to legislation; can be done, but it is a bit of a bureaucratic hassle to do so and be legal, and for sure I do not want risking my car to be confiscated. Car is/will be built with maybe 1% track time in mind (not that we have any worthy tracks around), 29% spirited driving on mountain passes/ b-roads (we have a TON of those) and 70% daily commute. Primary goal was an OEM+ build in all aspects, with a few retro-inspired details. Spec list/build plan below.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Kraftwerks Rotrex C30/74 intercooled kit (have designed my own mounting solution and will modify a bit the plumbing)
MS2 Enhanced ECU, AEM x-series wideband sensor, oil pressure/temp sensors/EGT
Bosch EV14 620cc (Mustang GT500) injectors, rewired injector loom
Toyota COPS
IL Motorsport aluminum radiator
Custom/Mocal oil/water heat exchanger
Maxim works header
Custom 2.5" exhaust w. Magnaflow mufflers
Ultrasonic cleaned, port matched powdercoated intake manifold
Mazdaspeeed engine mounts
OEM Torsen T2 w. 4.3FGR
ACT ProLite flywheel
ACT HD clutch

SUSPENSION & HANDLING
OEM "Sport package" underbraces
TR Lane double hoop roll bar
Custom frame rails
RB rear subframe brace
Fender braces
Carbing 3-point front strut brace
Carbing PPF brace
IL Motorsport rubber bushing kit
Maruha BC coilovers, Maruha extended top hats (rear) 350/250 rates

WHEELS, TIRES, BRAKES
15x7 et24 Watanabe RS8
205/50/15 Federal 595RSR (contemplating swapping them out for Advan AD08Rs)
OEM Sport package brakes (270/276mm) w. Axxis ULT pads
Pagid rotors
HEL braided brake lines
ATE Typ100 fluid
Custom MC brace on strut bar

INTERIOR
Lotus Elise seats, repadded and repholstered, heated, on OEM runners
MOMO Futura steering wheel with Custom Revlimiter Type 60 horn button on Daikei hub for weekend duty
KG Works cluster, modified to fit AWD gauge rings
AWD needle covers
Revlimiter custom "Spyder" gauges

JDM Roadster gear lever surround
Custom leather door handle covers, handbrake cover, gaiter cover

Focal ISS200 speaker set
Padded glovebox/central console

EXTERIOR

New mohair hood/OEM HT for winter duty

ABS, stock bars, 245's on 9's or 225 on 8's, something like 500/300 on an Xida quality shock, bmw trans, built block/stock head, TSE turbo kit, boost by gear, sound deadening on doors/hardtop/rear package shelf, no diagonal bar, broadway mirror, lotus seats, no race belts, hid kit, msm headlights, msm lips, Australian fastback, inner trans tunnel heat wrap, swain tech coated dp, quite exhaust, good stereo/speakers/sub/amp, fresh paint, all the power mirror/steering,windows,etc, keep the ac and heat, lots of custom leather inside, fresh medium hard rubber bushings from Mazda, Keep it fat and fast...
