T3 flanges were specifically ordered with M10x1.5 thread pitch to work with TSE studs. I will most likely be ordering some TSE studs this week to verify fitment and such, but with the local hardware store M10x1.5 studs fit into the flange fine.

Love the thickness. I thought my 1/2" was beefy. That has years of milling built into it.

Sorry for the shitty pictures. All I have is my phone.
M10x1.5x48mm studs and bolts with with one of the t3 flanges and a brand new turbo. All four studs and bolts fit fine. TSE studs are only 40mm long so they should fit even better.

This is how my driveway looks. All I need is a NB2 and I would have all the different models to test fit setups on.

As for updates on how everything is going. I still do not have the head flanges. No ETA yet. I have been working with Bahurd to firm up shipping estimates. This led to the discovery that I could not ship the setup as is for what we though is a reasonable amount. So I will be changing the exhaust. The downpipe will be extended 3" further back. The the v-band for the axle back will be moved up to a similar position as the stock NB flange. I don't expect this to hold up shipping times of setups. As I expect this to be done and jigs changed before I have head flanges in. Will start working on it tomorrow morning.

He makes me sad also. At least once I get the flanges in I should be set for a long while.

So I just check Greyhound and shipping will be about the same as what shipping will cost with UPS after the redesign for each piece. Greyhound will also only insure up to $300, while with UPS I can insure for the full price.

For just the axle back Greyhound quoted me $86 to ship it to California. With how I am redesigning things, the down pipe and axles back should ship to California with UPS for about 75$. The mid pipe, manifold, clamps will go in a separate box and that should be around $75 for it. Turbo will ship in the box that they came to me in. In total I am expecting shipping to be between $150-$200 depending on where I am shipping the setup, most likely closer to the $200 side when all is said and done.

Ah, sweet. That sounds pretty reasonable.

He's never planned on a 1.6 though. highly doubt that's it. I'm guessing 2 prototypes and 20 production pieces.

Didn't he say that the machinist may have started making 1.6 flanges on accident?

I'd rather make random conjectures than read his thread. All. Day. Long.

Preeeeetty sure those are intake manifold flanges.

Center hole doesn't match for either 1.8 or 1.6 intake manifold. That center stud hole would be in line with the rest of them on that side if it were an intake manifold.

I'm pretty sure the top two are high pressure blinker fluid manifolds.
