1999 Miata with Leather & Popular Equipment Package



Miles: 88,052 miles
Body: Good Condition
Paint: Fair/Good Condition. Could use a quick and cheap detail
Tires: 90% Tread Kumho1 (195/50/R15 82V)
Interior: Fair. The mats are in good shape. The interior overall looks good. The leather seats are cracking and worn. One of the seat belts is frayed.
Soft Top: Original and in good shape. I see no reason why it would need to be replaced in the near future.
Engine: Blown. Belt snapped and caused the engine to overheat badly. I actually have a new radiator in (overheated so badly it cracked the radiator), but it still overheats and puts out white smoke. Assume the engine is cooked.
Extras: Comes with hard top which is in very good condition. Also comes with a very nice cover & hard top rolling holder.
Title: I have the title. I made a mistake when buying the car at the DMV and checked a box I wasn't supposed to. The title is listed as the engine has rolled over and started again. Obviously not the case and shouldn't be an issue.

Notes: This car is sold strictly as a non-running vehicle. The problem happened with the car a few months back. I attempted the repair then. Once I couldn't fix it I called around and the universal opinion was a blown engine, which I expected. It could be a blown HG and that might fix it, but it overheated badly. I'd guess the engine is cooked. Please do not expect to come to my house and try to fix and diagnose it in my driveway. You're more than welcome to look over the car, but you should assume the engine needs to be rebuilt/replaced. It will need to be towed away.

Has the car been in the NE long? Is it super rusty underneath? The bottom of passenger side rear quarter looks “soft” in one of the pictures.
