Ive been using the 30-0300 x series Wideband gauge for a little while now and it’s been working pretty good but now I’m not sure. I was tuned on a hot day and my AFR’s never went below 11.0 and everything was pretty good. But now all of a sudden I’m super rich I am boosting at 9-10 afr and sometimes even 8-9 afr before boost even starts. No black smoke and the car doesn’t sputter or anything. So does this sound like a bad sensor? Also if it’s a bad sensor will I just get wrong readings or can a bad sensor make it run rough?

 

I just swapped in a new o2 my friend has from aem and I’m still getting rich readings, I’m not sure what it could be now. It’s almost been two weeks since I got my tune and it’s been handling perfect until now

is there a reason why this problem shows up two weeks after my tune? Or is it smart just to take away a bunch of fuel where it goes rich?

 

It’s smart to attach your tune and a log of the issue any time you have a tuning question. That’ll also give us an idea of whether you should just pull fuel, or if there’s a larger global issue.

 

I don’t have my laptop to attach anything from the tune but my tuner said he can look at it when he’s not sick. But the tune was fine for two weeks would there be a reason the tune can randomly mess up like that? Let’s say the tune is okay, what should I check or do?

would too much pressure cause it to go rich? If so how can I get too much pressure? Maybe my fuel pump is over powering the stock fpr but I haven’t had a problem until now. I don’t think low pressure would cause it to go rich
