AFRs Going up after 5 seconds of idling

AFRs Going up after 5 seconds of idling
My afrs will stay consistent while idling and then will randomly increase. After that it stays between 18.6 and 18.8. How do I fix this?
I attached the log as .msl I'm not sure if I can do that.
