As the title says, my 2006 2.5 Ford Fusion 2012 swapped Miata broke its valve cover, stupidly, and now I'm in the search for one but finding an NC Valve Cover is harder than winning lottery (right now I cant afford buying the aluminum 200$+ valve covers).


I bought a Ford Fusion 2012 valve cover (as it looks like its the same) and it didnt work out because the ignition coil holes are very different so they do not fit with my Miata Ignition Coils but that gave me the idea... all those Valve Covers from those generation of the Ford-Mazda (ex) relationship fit but the differences are on the dipstick, engine oil cap (previous two are easy fixes as to just buy the ones that fit) and ignition coil holes, shouldn't I be able to install a Mazda 3 06-09 Valve Cover and be ready to go as my Miata Ignition Coils are literally the same as those Mazda 3?
