I'm butthurt that I have the 1.1" version and it's not an easy "swap" to the 1.25".

Not much we can do about that Different caliper and offset so all the expensive bits do not interchange. That said, we'll continue to stock spares for the 1.1 kit indefinitely.
The 1.1 is a great kit. Better wheel clearance, rotors a bit more expensive. If wheel clearance is not a concern for your build, maybe sell the 1.1 and snag a 1.25 kit during the introductory sale.
That would make sense if you track a ton and really burn through rotors. If instead, rotors last you a few years, then there isn't really an economic reason to swap until you're at like 6 years of use.
