Default Switching from. GT5660 to EFR6758

I am onl my way to upgrade my turbo setup with EFR6758 with low mount manifold.

I am wondering if the EFR turbo will have the same coolant and oil lines or will I need to upgrade those?

I know it's a silly question, however I am sure someone has gone through this process and will know.

I will have to modify my coolant heater return line which I already accounted for.

No idea what your current water lines are, you can adapt pretty much any thread to any other barb/hose end. But the EFRs come with 4 m14x1.5 ports, two on each side. You'll need to buy adapters to go to the typical -6 AN fitting, page 39:
