Virtual Dyno data gt2560r: 91 octane, vtcs, vs 94 octane flat top manifold
Sup my dudes! Recently was going throught my logs to compare my old set up to new one on virtual dyno. Tought it would be interesting to share it with you guys to give you an idea of the power potential with a specific set up.
Only main thing I changed between these 2 graphs are: the tuner, 91 to 94 octane, vtcs manifold to flat top manifold and 11.2 afr to 11.5 afr at wot.
I made 2 virtual dyno graphs with 2 different dyno types settings to compare and give you an idea based on what your nearest tuner would mostly have.
Current main set up:
-fully built/forget vvt engine with wiseco 8.4 to one compression pistons, stock valve porting and valves but upgraded springs
-full kraken turbo kit with 7 inch intercooler and 3 inch decat exhaust
-garrett gt2560r
-max boost target is 18 psi.
***Both runs happened 1 year appart but during the same season , place, direcrion and have been verified with dyno tunes***
***orange is my newest set up with 94 octane and flat top manifold, blue is my old set up with 91 octane and vtcs manifold***
***gearing is the 6 speed with fuji 4.10 diff ran in 4th gear 2500 -7200 rpm with the minimum smoothing

Seems like a nice setup you've got. 322whp is pretty hard to get from a 2560, I had mine completely tapped out ( on a real dynojet ) @ 296whp/302ftlb tq. The compressor on that turbo flows just enough for 300 give or take. Still really good #s put it on a dyno and see what she's making.
I did put it on a mustang dyno, unfortunately, i suspect the dyno wasn't calibrated correctly on the gearing side. It was in auto detect gearing setting when i loooked back at some photos and it was marked as 2 odd something as (speed source) which is calculated fibal gearing. But i m running 4.10
