Just a public kudos to Emilio for going above and beyond.

I needed some small parts for my Teins which he ordered, but took longer than expected so he drove up to Tein to pick them up (not just around the corner and gas is not cheap), and on top of that, to make up for the delay, he didn't charge any extra shipping for additional springs I added to the order.
