I bought the car with the turbo/link/wideband already installed, and I am learning how to tune it now.
There is an AEM wideband controller w/o gauge installed with the link.
I tested the datalogging today, and I got this. Is the wideband suppose to be this unstable?
And is it normal for the engine to go into OverrunMAP (Fuel cutoff) in between shifts?

PERFECT...another Linker that I can bounce **** off of!
You look like you are pretty zoomed in...will check mine tonight to see if I get similar results. It does not look like you are hitting overrun...I think my map bottoms out about the same.

figured it out,
The old owner didn't connect the brown wire (O2 signal ground) into the engine ground.
So the signal is now pretty clean.
But check it out, my knock sensor works!
Whats the best approach to tune out the knock?

That is NOT really knock...just a little background noise. The manual has good info on knock. Get some sort of data log software and see if the ECU is pulling timing out or not. If it is then the knock is worth addressing...but mine looks real similar to yours.
That looks like a couple of nice throttle whacks...looks pretty good.
