4000 rpm stumble?

4000 rpm stumble?
When driving along cruising at a steady pace as soon as I pass 4000-5000 rpm the car goes super rich and starts to stumble. I have no idea what is causing this, but I am going to try and get a log of it soon.

So after doing a log it looks like for some reason right after 4500 rpm the injectors go crazy. Unfortunately I forgot to log both injector input and output.
