Camshaft 9b1a, what are these?

I have asked around about my cams and sofar no one hasnt know'n.
Please, tell me if you do.
lousy quality pic upside down..
it reads 9B1A on both cams.
Car is N/A and starts to pull 4500rpm and goes strong after 5500rpm till 7800rpm.
