I see everybody is interested in big brakes that are junkyard parts so I figured I would post the set up I used on my old miata.
Parts list
03 era mustang 2 piston front callipers and braket (PBR) not cobra
Focus SVT rotors redrill for 4x100 pattern
12in front
11in rear
3/8 flat bar for front, hole set up Is simple no interference
I am not sure on rear setup due to I used 86-92 mustang 8.8 with 4 link with rx7 calipers but should be simple bracket for miata rear brake mount
I would use a larger master cylinder you loose some pedal
