OK, so I've searched and I read Doppelgänger's WTF thread but it still seems inconclusive.

Did we ever definitively ID Mazda Comp vs. Mazdaspeed mounts? Part numbers?

What's the diff? 40% vs 30% stiffer than stock?

Is either more durable than the other in a turbo application? Less resistant to heat? Less resistant to tearing?

Which vendors sell what? I want to put in new ones before I mount my manifold. I'm ready to buy but don't know what to get. Is there anyway to improve the longevity? Can they be effectively shielded from turbo heat?

Yes, I updated that thread with difinitive details about all three mounts...including pictures
With that said, I'd recommend the MS mounts considering they're easily available, a little less cheeze than the MCs and the difference in stiffness is less than 10%.
