I have a mazda miata 97' 1.6L and i have AEM EMS 30-1710 and don't work. don't read the tachometer and throttle sensor.I need the correct pinout diagram my mazda with AEM 30-1710 EMS.Has anyone install this AEM on this model Mazda?

 

You need a 30-1720 for a 97 miata. Either that or you need a conversion harness..

 

Definately need a conversion harness to make it work.... I have one if you need it.

If you actually have a 1720 and not a 1710 then I have no idea.

 

Buy Preluding's harness and you're done.

As the others said; if you have a 97 you would need a 1720 AEM or the harness.
