In reference to his economic stimulus plan's great success.
Which leads us to this:

A city official notably said the federal government should bail out Detroit, though the president has made no indication that’s a possibility.
What's wrong, our White-African-American President double-guessing his tried-and-failed, anti-capitalism, anti-american, keynesian policies?
