05MSM no sync on EMS-4

05MSM no sync on EMS-4
HELP...need to drive this car right now but won't even start.
Car was just switched to sequential BUT it`s only running a 12tooth(old style Trackspeed wheel).
I turn off cam MX (missing tooth), turn on cam count (pattern strategy) as Sav recommended but he also mentioned manually setting the phasing...is someone running this setup as it`s over my head at that point.
attached cal and log while cranking
